It's that time again when an Apple event (Let's Rock) is looming large on the horizon, and as ever the rumour mills are in overdrive. With all this speculation it's hard to know what will be revealed at the event.

Here's a run down of what I believe will be the most likely things we will see.

First thing is first, the banner, slogan and everything about this event is screaming iPod, so i'm expecting the following:

New iPod Nanos - This is looking almost certain, for weeks there have been pictures of what is expected to be the new nano, with a "long" screen so you can watch widescreen video

iPod Touch revision - there's been rumours and diagrams of a new iPod Touch with a curved back that resembles the iPhone 3G

Capacity bumps across the range - possibly even for the Touch

iPhone Firmware 2.1 released - with some new features and plenty of bug fixes

Well those are the key ones, we'll have to wait until Tuesday for find out for sure.

What we probably won't see:

Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, iMac and Mac Mini updates - these are rumoured to be announced later in the month. If these were announced on Tuesday it would be a huge event. That said this is Apple we're talking about, so never say never!
