Apple releases Logic Pro X

In an unexpected move, Apple launched Logic Pro X, a new version of their professional audio suite used by producers and musicians around the world.

Early reviews are overwhelmingly positive and with a retail price of £139.99 represents excellent value for professionals and hobbyists alike.

Along with the new desktop application, Apple launched a Logic remote app for the iPad which offers touchscreen controls when using the full application. Logic remote is a free download from the App Store.
